Victorian Wedding Venue for 30 Guests near Cincinnati
Accessibility Statement
Main Street Manor, owned and operated by 26 Cents LLC, is committed to welcoming every couple and every guest. We want you to have accurate, complete information about our physical space before you book or arrive, so that you and your guests can plan with confidence. This statement describes what is currently accessible, what is not, and what we are actively working to improve.
We encourage couples to contact us directly with any specific accessibility questions or needs. We will do everything we can within our current limitations to accommodate you, and we will always be honest about what we can and cannot provide.
1. About the Building
Main Street Manor is a historic Victorian-era property built in 1905. As a pre-ADA structure, it was not originally designed to meet modern accessibility standards. We are actively working to improve accessibility where it is feasible within the constraints of the historic building. Not all improvements can be made immediately, and some structural features cannot be altered without compromising the historic character of the property.
We are committed to implementing reasonable accommodations and to being transparent with you about the current state of the building so you can make an informed decision.
2. Entrance
The main entrance to the Manor is located at the front of the property at 103 N Main St. The parking lot is level Access requires ascending two short concrete porch steps from the walkway to the covered front porch, followed by a threshold entry through the front door. The short concrete steps should be considered when planning arrival for guests with mobility needs.
3. First Floor — Fully Navigable Once Inside
Once inside the Manor, the entire first floor is navigable without any additional stairs or steps. All first-floor rooms are connected at the same level and are accessible to guests who use wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility devices, provided they are able to enter the building via the front steps or any accessible entry option we are able to provide.
The first floor includes the following rooms and facilities:
Entry Parlor — the welcoming foyer area at the front of the home
Chapel — the dedicated ceremony room with seating for the wedding ceremony
Ballroom — the primary reception space with a half bathroom directly attached
Dining Room — the formal dining space for the wedding meal
Kitchen — with appliances, prep space, and a full bathroom directly attached
Utility closet — containing washer/dryer hookup and water heater
The full bathroom attached to the Kitchen and the half bathroom attached to the Ballroom are both located on the first floor. We cannot currently confirm that either bathroom meets ADA dimensions for turning radius or grab-bar requirements. If bathroom accessibility is a specific concern, please contact us and we will provide exact measurements.
4. Second Floor — Stair Access Only
The second floor is accessible by interior staircase only. There is no elevator, lift, or step-free route to the second floor, and installation of one is not currently feasible given the structure of the historic building.
The second floor contains:
Bridal Suite — a private room with a king bed, intended as a rest space for the bride or any guest who needs a quiet place during the event
Bridesmaid's Chamber — the wedding party preparation room with lighted vanity mirrors; water heater is located in the closet
Studio — a photo and portrait space with a full bathroom attached
Attic stair access (restricted — not available to guests without Manor permission)
Guests who are unable to use stairs will not have access to the second floor. The Bridal Suite rest space, Bridesmaid's Chamber, and Studio are all located upstairs. If a member of your party requires a ground-floor rest space, please contact us in advance so we can discuss alternatives.
5. Parking
Complimentary onsite parking is available in the private lot behind the Manor. Guests access the lot by driving around to the rear of the property. The lot accommodates approximately 5 to 7 vehicles. Spaces are not currently marked or designated, which means any space can be used as a wider accessible space as needed — guests with mobility needs are welcome to use whatever space configuration works best for them.
The walking surface from the rear lot to the building should be considered when planning arrival for guests with mobility needs. Please contact us for current details on the path from the rear lot to the entrance, as we are working to improve this route.
6. Website Accessibility
Our website at www.themainstreetmanor.com is hosted on the Wix platform. We aim to ensure our website content is clear and readable for all visitors. If you encounter any difficulty accessing information on our website — including this statement — please contact us directly and we will provide the information you need in an accessible format.
We are aware that website accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) recommend features such as alt text for images, sufficient color contrast, and keyboard navigability. We are actively reviewing our website for compliance with these standards and will continue to make improvements.

8. Legal Notice
Main Street Manor is a privately owned event venue. As a historic property built prior to 1993, it is subject to the Americans with Disabilities Act's "readily achievable" barrier removal standard rather than the full new-construction compliance requirements. We are committed to removing barriers where removal is readily achievable and to providing reasonable alternatives where it is not. This statement reflects our current good-faith understanding of the property's accessibility and our ongoing efforts to improve it.
Nothing in this statement is intended to limit or waive any rights you may have under applicable federal, state, or local accessibility laws.
