What is included with my reservation?

Every reservation includes full access to the entire Manor from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. — the Chapel, Ballroom, Lounge, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bridal Suite, Bridesmaids Chamber, Studio, Entry Parlor, three bathrooms, front porch, back deck, and free onsite parking. Additional folding tables and chairs are complimentary.

How many guests can attend?

The Manor accommodates up to 30 total attendees, including the wedding party, guests, vendors, and children.

Question 3

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own food, use a caterer of your choice, or arrange drop-off catering. The Kitchen includes new appliances, dishes, and a breakfast table. Alcohol is permitted and must be served by a licensed and insured bartender or caterer when required by law. All alcohol service must end by 10:00 p.m.

Where is Main Street Manor located?

Main Street Manor is at 103 N Main St, Crittenden, KY 41030 — approximately 25 miles south of Cincinnati and about 25 miles from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). The Manor is conveniently close to I-75 and I-71.

Is there parking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Manor has a free private parking lot behind the property that accommodates 5 to 7 vehicles. Additional overflow parking options are available nearby.

Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?

Accepted Answer

Main Street Manor is a fully indoor venue, making it a beautiful choice year-round regardless of weather. Outdoor renovations including garden photo spaces and a heart-shaped arbor bench are coming in Summer 2026.

Question 7

How do I reserve my date?

Accepted Answer

Start by checking availability on our booking calendar and submitting a request. Once your date is confirmed, a Reservation Deposit of $750 per day booked secures it. The remaining balance, a $400 damage deposit, a $200 cleaning fee, and proof of event liability insurance are all due one month before your event.

What is the deposit and cancellation policy?

The Reservation Deposit is $750 per day booked (1-day booking = $750, 2-day booking = $1,500). The deposit is non-refundable but is credited toward your final balance if your event proceeds as planned. Cancellations four or more months out receive a 100% credit toward a future booking within 12 months.

Do I need event insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Special event general liability insurance with at least $1,000,000 per occurrence is required, naming 26 Cents LLC d/b/a Main Street Manor as an additional insured. If alcohol will be served, host liquor liability coverage is also required.

Question 10

Are there vendors nearby?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A florist, photographer, and hair and nail stylist are all located directly across the street. A church is across the street for traditional ceremonies. The property manager is less than a block away, and a fire station is across the street.

Can I tour the Manor before booking?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We offer free 30-minute Manor Tours so you can walk through every room and envision your wedding day. Tours can be booked directly from our Book page.

Question 12

Can I use the Manor for events other than weddings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Manor is available for photo sessions at $75 per hour, bridal showers, and other small private events. Hourly rentals are available Monday through Thursday at $150 per hour with a 4-hour minimum.

Question 13

Are candles, decorations, and confetti allowed?

Accepted Answer

The Manor is decorated with flameless candles throughout — open-flame candles are not permitted. Freestanding decor is welcome. Nails, screws, permanent adhesives, glitter, confetti, and rice are not permitted without prior written approval. Floral foam and flower petals are allowed indoors and must be cleaned up before departure.

Is overnight lodging available?

The Manor does not provide overnight lodging or accommodations. The Bridal Suite includes a king bed for resting during the event, but all guests must depart by 10:00 p.m.
